and it’s 11:57pm so by the time I finish typing this and post it it’ll probably be today instead of tomorrow and I kept forgetting because this is just not a good time for happy birthday-ness and I don’t feel very excited. And I have work in 9 hours and then class all evening until 10pm, and really, all I can think about right now is how much I wish comic superheroes were real.

Then maybe I could have a chance at a date with Cassandra Cain. Or, y’know, just be her bro. I’d wear my Robin shirt and we could go stop crime or go for ice cream I’m not picky.

I still have 3 chapters of computer science theory to read before class.

Imagine if instead of ending up wherever he ended up (I’m not very knowledgeable on the Marvel universe and I’m not sure if it was mentioned in the movie), Loki fell into the DC universe? Specifically, Gotham. Imagine the possibilities if he was picked up by someone like Cass (assuming she’s camping out in Gotham for a while instead of in Hong Kong. On vacation?). Just wondering because her entire character is built around this idea of someone born and bred to be a killer and choosing to be a hero instead. I mean, it’s not very similar to Loki’s experience but I feel like she would take one look at him and understand, somehow. Somehow, in my vague, messy mind, she’d drag him along on all her missions and sneakily teach him that vengeance isn’t worth it, and he’d teach her how to be a smooth talker ahaha. Then, maybe he wouldn’t have gone all nuts and run off the Marvel!midgard and attempt world domination. Plus, he’d probably have a lot of fun trolling Bruce all the time cause the guy would automatically be super suspicious and paranoid. Oh god and Damian.

Cue the Avengers finding him on this alternate universe and trying to duke it out only to find that he’s backed up by the Batfam and misunderstandings ensue. And Thor would be all “MY BROTHER YOU ARE NO LONGER HAVING A TANTRUM” and Cass would break his kneecaps and everyone would be impressed.

Alternatively, what if Jason found him?

Thoughts? Does anybody read these things? In my mind Loki would meet Cass (or Jason) but maybe you guys think differently?

Just wondering. I like the idea of Loki and Cass being partners in crime. I think, despite all odds, they’d like each other. I just really like crossovers.
